About Inpatient Rehab

What Is Inpatient Rehab?

Inpatient rehab, also called residential treatment, means you live at our treatment center full-time while you work on your recovery. You step away from the people, places and pressures tied to your substance use, and spend each day in a structured program with addiction specialists.

It is the most intensive level of addiction care below a hospital. You get the time and space to rest, reflect and focus on nothing but getting better, with staff on site day and night. Our team builds your plan around your history, the substances you have been using and your goals, and uses your feedback to adjust your care as you go.

Because we offer medical detox in the same facility, you can move from withdrawal care straight into residential treatment without a gap.

What to Expect

How Inpatient Rehab Works

1

Assessment and detox

Our medical team reviews your health and substance use. If you need it, medical detox comes first, on site.

2

Residential treatment

You live at our facility and take part in 1-on-1 therapy, group sessions and holistic activities every day.

3

Aftercare planning

Before you leave, we build your aftercare plan: ongoing therapy, support groups and sober living if it fits.

Is Inpatient Right for You?

Inpatient Rehab vs. Outpatient Programs

If you are using more over time, putting substances ahead of family or work, or have tried to stop and could not, inpatient care gives you the structure and distance from triggers that outpatient care cannot. Outpatient programs let you sleep at home, which works for some people but makes relapse easier if your home life is not supportive.

Inpatient (Residential)

You live on site with 24/7 support. Best when withdrawal, relapse risk or home life make recovery hard to manage alone.

Outpatient Options

We provide detox and residential treatment. Our team can assist in finding outpatient options if that is a better fit.

Inpatient Rehab FAQs

Have a question about residential treatment? Our admissions team is available 24/7. The call is free and confidential.

Inpatient rehab usually lasts between one and three months. The exact length depends on your needs and how you respond to treatment, and we will give you a clear estimate after your assessment.

The price depends on your program and your insurance coverage. Many PPO plans cover residential treatment. Call us or verify your insurance online and we will tell you exactly what you would pay out of pocket.

Inpatient rehab can work for nearly anyone struggling with addiction. It is a strong fit if you have relapsed before, need detox, or your home environment makes it hard to stay sober. If living on site is not possible, our team can assist in finding outpatient options.

Many people do, especially after heavy alcohol, opioid or benzodiazepine use. We offer medical detox in the same facility, so you can move straight into residential treatment once you are stable.
